At Bakhory, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our luxury aromatherapy products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of used incense sticks, opened perfumes, or any item not in its original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@bakhory.com.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@bakhory.com or call +971 4 433 2991.

6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
